Our History
B&B Elite Consulting Group was born from grit, faith, and a whole lot of lived experience. Founder Brandon Blair grew up as the oldest in a single-parent home in a small suburb of Cleveland, Ohio—helping raise siblings, holding down jobs, and carrying adult responsibilities before he was old enough to drive.
He sold jelly beans at 12, worked landscaping and McDonald’s at 14, as he juggled school and sports. Life didn’t hand him much, but it handed him discipline, hustle, and heart. That’s the spirit behind B&B Elite: a business built to serve, to uplift, and to do work that makes families proud of where they live.
Today, Brandon’s vision is bigger than just clean driveways or smooth drywall. It’s about helping others build something of their own and leaving behind homes and opportunities that last for generations.
